CEC offers comprehensive coaching and team-building for school leaders and educators in both
one-on-one and group settings. Through tailored coaching sessions and/or structured team-building exercises, I empower leaders and teams to enhance communication, build trust and align their efforts with school goals.
Having been both a Lead Teacher and Executive Director, I have the benefit of understanding multiple sides of a school's dynamic; including educational tools and implementation as well as the leadership and visionary elements needed for long term success. I am also an Insights Discovery* licensed practitioner which broadens my approach beyond the standard models of traditional education. Essential to navigating challenges are clear communication and unified goals within the school's community. Self-awareness in leadership strategies and understanding team building skills are indispensable elements to creating a cohesive and dynamic team culture.

*A word about Insights Discovery:
Insights Discovery is a psychometric tool based on Jungian psychology, which uses a four-colour model to highlight key personality preferences and associated behaviours. Using their evaluation tool a personal profile is then generated providing in-depth insight into individual strengths and weaknesses, communication style, approach to problems and value added to the team.
The tool is hugely popular within businesses and can be used for individual performance development or wider team development. It increases self-awareness, improves communication, decision-making and ultimately performance.
Leadership Coaching
Educational Leadership Coaching involves one-on-one coaching for principals, administrators, or other school leaders. The goal is to develop their leadership skills, helping them to become more effective in their roles. This form of coaching would focus on areas such as:
